Shivaay is Emotional Action Thriller movie based on the relationship between father and daughter. The film starts with Army officers calling Shivaay. Then fearless daredevil Shivaay ( Ajay Devgan ) comes down jumping from dangerous cliff in the Himalayas. Shivaay is a mountaineer and a mountain trekking expert. Shivaay takes tourists, Foreigneers and enthusiastic mountaineers to Himalaya expedition. In one of such expedition he meets Olga Paramski ( Erika Kaar ) from Bulgaria. Shivaay saves her from an avalanche. Finally both fall in Love. Olga asks Shivaay to come to Bulgaria but he refuses as he tells Shivaay can only live in Himalayas. Their Love story ends when Olga gets pregnant. She refuses for baby as she want to live in Bulgaria with her family. Shivaay begs her to give him the baby and return to Bulgaria to whic she finally agrees. After giving baby she returns to Bulgaria.
Shivaay takes care of his mute baby Gaura ( Abigail Eames ) as a single parent and tells her that her mother is dead. One day Gaura finds letter writtehn by her mother and discovers that her mother is in Bulgaria. Gaura forces Shivaay to take her to Bulgaria to which Shivaay finally agrees. In Bulgaria Gaura gets kidnapped by human traickers. Shivaay gets angry and in chasing the Kidnapers Cars Shivaay destroys various Cars in Bulgaria and this causes death of a Police officer. Can Shivaay find her daughter and Olga ? Can he save himself from the Cops?
